The Teamlead Business Change Management is responsible for all business change management activities. The department Business Change is assigned to assess, plan, coordinate and execute business change in an efficient and effective manner to support our ambition. The focus of the teamlead is on managing and setting up the project portfolio management and business change policy, and leading, executing, monitoring and delivering all business change management processes in line with the Achmea Investment Management strategy.

The team consists of various experts with different disciplines such as: Business Analysts, Project Managers and Business Change Consultants. The manager Business Change Management is responsible for the daily coaching and support of the team.

Function

The Teamlead Business Change Management possesses an in-depth understanding of the domains within business change and transition management value chain. The role involves leading and managing a team of change specialists to ensure the delivery and quality of all business changes. Effective relationship management with internal and external stakeholders is a key part of the role, providing efficient and constructive support and advice. Additionally, the Teamlead Business Change Management collaborates across various internal departments, ensuring consistent and optimal service delivery to clients.

Key activities

Daily guidance and coaching of a team of change specialists, including all related HR activities.
Responsible for the overall direction, management and monitoring of the project portfolio management process
Monitoring and ensuring the quality all business management change activities through effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders, and making necessary adjustments based on agreed terms.
Effectively managing stakeholder relations, both internally (such as operational oversight, account management, front office) and externally (such as State Street and suppliers) through alignment with all involved parties involved in the value chain.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for service improvements and operational excellence.

The team Business Change is part of the department Oversight & Change that reports to the Data, Oversight & Change Director of Achmea Investment Management.

Jouw achtergrond

Master’s degree or equivalent (WO level) work and thinking level
At least 8 years of experience in Asset management in a similar role
Knowledge of all domains within Asset and Fiduciary management and detailed knowledge of Business Change Management methodologies
Demonstrable affinity with business change, IT, and investment management
In-depth knowledge of the entire value chain and relevant processes, including project portfolio management
Leading and supporting a team of specialists to deliver maximum performance on a daily basis
Open to change and eager to contribute to it
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
Ability to maintain composure in stressful or unforeseen situations
Capable of seeing ‘the bigger picture’
