Wie zijn wij?

Wie is Stater eigenlijk? Wellicht heb je nog nooit van ons gehoord, dus wij leggen je graag uit wat we doen. Binnen stater ontwikkelen en leveren wij hypothecaire diensten en platformen voor externe geldgevers. Met onze producten en diensten beheren wij 40% van de hypotheken in Nederland. Werken bij ons is dus werken bij een organisatie die midden in de maatschappij staat met producten die veel Nederlandse gezinnen (indirect) raken. Onze klanten zijn o.a. grote Nederlandse banken en andere geldverstrekkers.

Wat ga je doen?

You, together with your teammembers, will be responsible for setting up and maintaining all aspects of the services our team provides. Your technical and personal skills enable you to continuously improve both the Core Cloud team as well as other teams you work with during projects.

Within the team, which consists of 10 people, you will be one of the technical specialists for our private and public cloud environment. Besides your core specialism you also posess good working knowledge of all the technologies Core Clouds works with, or you are at least eager to learn those technologies. One day you might work on a complex incident, another day you might have to work on creating a high or low level design. You will work in a medium sized company in the financial world, where we work Agile/Scrum.

Every day the team starts with a daily scrum, in which the status of planned activities of the day is briefly discussed. Afterwards you will start working in changes and project-activities, where continuous improvement and renewal of our IT landscape is our central goal.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

As senior we expect you to be able to initiate projects, provide input for future projects, and create functional and technical designs together with your coworkers. Stakeholder management, as well as maintaining contacts with suppliers, is also part of your work.

As expert you also support the team and our customers when there are operational issues.

Skills:

• At minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

• Be a specialist in a minimum of 2 of the following domains:

Active Directory / Entra ID
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
Exchange Server 2016 / Microsoft 365
Microsoft Windows Server

Additionally you:

• Are a self-starter

• Possess good communication skills

• Have good analytical skills

• Have a drive to continuously improve

• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly and efficiently

• Experience (or good understanding) working in Agile Environments (SAFE/SCRUM)

• Are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch is not required, but be aware that even though we strive to communicate in English inevitably Dutch is also an often used language in our team

• Our salary consists of two components. In addition to a gross monthly salary between €4,586 and €5,733 (scale 21) based on experience, we offer a flexible employability budget (PDI) of an additional 18% of your gross annual salary. What are you going to use this budget for? Do you enjoy extra vacation days, prefer to have it paid out or do you opt for another option? If you choose to have this paid out, you can increase your gross annual salary to €81,252.
