Lead CDD Procedures & Guidance W&R
Job Description
As Lead CDD Procedures & Guidance you will manage the W&R CDD Procedures & Guidance team, which is responsible for writing and maintaining global CDD procedural and supplemental documentation for W&R globally.
Top responsibilities
- You will be manager of the Procedure and Guidance team and will participate in the CDD W&R MT. And represent CDD W&R in all 2LoD/audit queries related to procedures.
- Responsible for the maintenance and strengthening of the W&R CDD procedure & guidance framework.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose CDD procedures that are applicable globally and which help to ensure full compliance with all applicable FEC Standards.
- Be a primary contact for strategic initiatives and escalations concerning the CDD procedural framework.
- Work close with key stakeholders, both globally and in each region, to ensure solutions fit with local regulatory requirements and strengthen one way of working within FEC W&R.
- Own, lead and manage findings relating to CDD W&R procedures and collaborate with Retail procedures teams to promote consistency.
- Work on continuous improvement plan to improvement procedural efficiencies.

You and your talent
- Education/work and attitude level: Master degree with around 15 years of experience;
- Experience in an international (wholesale) environment, preferably in the FEC domain;
- In depth knowledge of money laundering, terrorism finance and sanctions laws and regulations;
- Experience in leading larger projects, lead more complex procedures writing projects etc. combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to oversee and coordinate team activities, manage competing priorities and to coach colleagues to grow;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills;
- A critical mind-set with a hands-on approach, pro-active and can-do attitude;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
