As a Consultant Data (CDS), you are responsible for both strategic advice and hands-on project execution within Customer Data Solutions (CDS). You translate developments in your field into concrete actions and assist in the establishment and ongoing development of CDS.
Your job
- You support Customer Data Solutions with your expertise in strategic and business management issues.
- Hands-on Consultancy and Project Management: Actively lead and execute projects from planning to implementation to achieve objectives.
- Strategic Advice: Provide advice on business operations and policy development, with a focus on practical application and execution. You oversee the integration with other domains during decision-making, providing comprehensive advice, and drafting design and implementation proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance, improvement, and further development of customer & party data products.
- Implement the CDS strategy into concrete projects and objectives.
- Perform impact analyses on requests for non-standard data products, always considering how data issues can be resolved from a holistic customer perspective.
- Actively coordinate and execute projects and manage stakeholders.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for FDGM governance.
- Maintain continuous alignment with key stakeholders.

Your profile
- Relevant master’s degree.
- At least 8 years of work experience.
- Excellent advisory and communication skills (consultancy experience is a plus).
- Experience with change and project management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework / SAFe).
- Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrated track record in Change Portfolio & Resource Management.
- Knowledge of Data Management disciplines and risk and data-related regulations for banks.
We are offering
- The gross monthly salary displayed at the top of the page is based on a 36-hour workweek, including holiday pay and benefit budget.
- The benefit budget amounts to 11% of your salary. If you do not make any purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop for a month, you will receive one-twelfth of your benefit budget for that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to buy four additional weeks annually.
- Personal Development Budget of €1,000 per year, which can be saved up to €3,000.
