Compliance Officer
At NN in The Hague we are looking for an interim Compliance Officer for approximately half a year.
This is a temporary assignment for a duration of +/- 6 months, 36-40 hours per week.
Start date 18-11-2024
Hourly rate € 77,50
What you are going to do
You will help with daily compliance tasks.
This includes making sure shareholder compliance and disclosure are handled correctly. You will ensure all important notifications about major shareholdings are sent on time and accurately to regulators, exchanges, and issues.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks related to share disclosure software
- Handle daily activities like finalizing and checking disclosures, and solving data issues with other teams related to the daily data delivery
- Keep up with regulatory changes and adjust operations as needed
- Review and improve compliance processes and governance
- Personal Account Dealing activities

Who you are
- Strong background in compliance, especially in handling disclosures and daily operations
- Good understanding of financial regulations and legal requirements
- Experience in investment management or financial services is preferred
- Ability to build relationships with regulatory bodies
- Knowledge of financial markets and instruments
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
